Lake Lavon Entry Information May 4 & 5, 2002

Pre-entries taken till noon on Thursday previous to race date. Entries will be accepted by e-mail to Teri Dickinson [email protected] or 972 396-8990 or 4 Hillcrest Dr. Lucas TX 75002.

All we need for a pre-entry is your name, the dogs' names and their LGRA numbers. You may turn in your entry forms and money during the gate entry period.

Please pre-enter so we can have your plates made up ahead of time, and look up your previous records. This will greatly speed up the process on race day.

Track setup 7:00 am, roll call and inspection 8:00 am Saturday, followed immediately by the draw and the beginning of the first program. Roll call and inspection, 8:00 am Sunday

Track tear down on Sunday after the race meet.

Entry Fees:

$12/dog for up to three dogs per household. Then $2/dog for each dog thereafter.

Gate entries:

$15/dog

Lunch!

Grilled Burgers and fixin's Saturday and Sunday $5.00/person. Please let us know how many people when you pre-enter. You can pay for your lunches with your entries.

About the site

There is running water and a lake for cooling your dogs. There is a bathroom. There are a limited number of shade trees in the parking area and a 35 x 50 covered pavilion. Please plan to bring shade for your dogs. If you have extra easy ups or other shade, bring them along. We will need shade for the line and foul judges along the track.

There are volleyball and horseshoe courts on the site if you want to bring equipment for those. Bring your swim suit, towels, rafts, inner tubes and any other water toys you have.
