Info You Need For Our LGRA Race Meets

Track set up on Saturdays only 7:30 -8:30 am

Gate entries taken from 8:30 am - 9:00 am

Pre-entries taken till noon on Thursday previous to race date. Entries will be accepted by e-mail to Teri Dickinson [email protected] or by phone 972 396-8990 (leave a message) or by snail mail 4 Hillcrest Dr. Lucas TX 75002

All we need for a pre-entry is your name, the dog's names and their LGRA numbers. You may turn in your entry forms and money during the gate entry period.

Please pre-enter so we can have your plates made up ahead of time, and look up your previous records. This will greatly speed up the process on race day.

Roll call and inspection 9:00 am followed immediately by the draw and the beginning of the first program.

Track tear down on Sundays after the race meet.

Entry Fees:

Pre-entries (see above):

$10/dog for up to three dogs per household. Then $2/dog for each dog thereafter.

$15/dog

Check the dates page prior to each race meet for directions to the appropriate site. We are using a variety of sites, so make sure you come to the right one.

Amenities:

GIT will provide a sandwich buffet lunch for a minimum donation of $5.00/person. Other amenities will vary from site to site.
