Directions

East Fork Springs Farm is the home of Bill and Donna Lewis, local Rhodesian Ridgeback fanciers. As you may know, good coursing fields are becoming harder and harder to find. The Lewis's have graciously allowed the local sighthound fancy to use their beautiful property. Please, as their guests, let’s be as gracious in our behavior as they have been.

Below is a detailed map. The entrance to the property is on Hwy 78, about 2 miles north of Wylie if you come that way, or two miles south of the intersection with Hwy 205 if you come from the north.

Hensley Tractor is located directly across Hwy 78 from the gate. After you pass Anson Pkwy look to your right for the brown metal double gate, which should be open. Turn into the gate and follow the directions to go to your left and park along the fencerow.

The Lewises have asked that we confine our dogs to the coursing area on the hay field. They have neighbors with horses and do not want the horses upset. If general politeness is not enough to insure your compliance, please be aware that water moccasins and other such creatures populate the lower pieces of the property around the ponds.

Overnight parking will be allowed. Gate will be closed and appears to be locked but is not. Please be considerate neighbors if you plan to stay overnight. DO NOT allow your dogs to run loose, there are numerous coyotes in the area.
